19:30 music talk: gonzalo vargas llosa (unhcr)

Sometimes there is more to tell. Much more. About a work, a time or place, a composer, a book that served as inspiration. In the music talk, we bring in a specialist who can provide more context and background. On November 16, Gonzalo Vargas Llosa (UNHCR Regional Representative) will give an overview on the situation of refugees in the world. He will present UNHCR's recommendations for developing a coherent and united European policy for the reception of refugees in Europe. The audience will have the opportunity to intervene and ask questions. Free admission, limited capacity.
