A theatre concert that paints an exciting portrait of a heinous trickster whose secret may likely never be fully revealed: the serial murderer Henri-Désiré Landru. While seemingly an upright citizen and charming husband, he succeeded in capturing at least 283 women in his trap.
During his trial, Landru didn’t say a single word but refuted – often with clever or even humorous words – every charge against him. The court case turned into such a hilarious spectacle that the judge declared: “This is not a theatre, Mr Landru!”
