echoes in the drongenhof chapel

On 30 and 31 May, the Flemish Radio Choir, Atanares Ensemble and Bart Van Reyn will perform in the Drongenhofkapel - also the temporary home of Berlinde De Bruyckere's artwork 'Honte, 2018-2019'. The inspirer of the concert is composer Jeroen D'hoe: he was asked to offer a musical response to the deconsecrated space. To this end, he creates a new composition and reworks earlier work, alternating with music by Arvo Pärt. Read on and discover how D'hoe gives sound to the void.
