Eroica: in cinema

7 April 1805: the premiere of Beethoven's Third Symphony, also known as his 'heroic symphony'. And heroic it certainly was, even for Wim Henderickx. Beethoven's Third was one of his favourite compositions. On 15 March 2024, we will perform Beethoven's Third Symphony alongside the premiere of Wim Henderickx's Timpani Concerto.
