On Sunday 25 May, the Flemish Radio Choir will perform a new work by Eric Whitacre, conducted by the composer himself. For the opening and closing numbers, we’re looking to you: are you part of a choir and would you like to join us on stage at Flagey? Register with your choir and put yourself forward!
Choir & Stem and the Flemish Radio Choir will select three to four choirs so that we have around a hundred singers on stage. The programme features a selection from Whitacre’s works, including *Lux Aurumque*, excerpts from *The Sacred Veil*, *All Seems Beautiful to Me* and *Sleep*. To round off the evening, you’ll sing Whitacre’s enchanting ‘Sing Gently’ from the plush seats, together with the Flemish Radio Choir.
