The Vlaams Radiokoor is auditioning for temporary contracts (freelancers).

ADD YOUR VOICE

The Vlaams Radiokoor (Flemish Radio Choir) will hold auditions for professional singers. We are offering substitute contracts for sopranos, altos, tenors and basses.

The auditions take place on January 31, 2022 from 11 AM onwards at Studio 1, Flagey (Eugène Flageyplein 18, 1050 Brussels).

After a first screening of the CVs, the selected candidates will receive an application form to confirm their participation.

PROGRAMME

The candidates will be required to prepare and present:

  • a Schubert Lied chosen by the candidate*
  • an aria from a baroque or classical oratorio chosen by the candidate*
  • a compulsory piece: O Magnum Mysterium by Francis Poulenc* (download the score)
  • a sight-reading piece
  • a vocal range test

*with piano accompaniment
