How, as a cultural organization, do you deal with a multilingual environment? How do you form an authentic connection with a multilingual audience?

This is at the core of the research of Mirthe Schoofs, student Multilingual Business Communication and communication intern at Brussels Philharmonic and Vlaams Radiokoor. Help Mirthe graduate and fill in the survey.

Dear music lover,

Storytelling: is it possible to form a connection with a multilingual audience in an authentic manner? How, as a cultural organization, do you deal with a multilingual environment like Brussels, and how does a Flemish organization stand towards an audience consisting of French-speaking people, Dutch-speaking people, and people speaking other languages?

These are the questions that this research tries to answer. As part of my internship at Brussels Philharmonic and Vlaams Radiokoor, I research language choice in the external communication of a cultural organization active in a multilingual environment.

Do you follow the activities of one of the ensembles and/or do you attend their concerts? Then you can fill out this survey! It will only take 5 to 10 minutes of your time. Moreover, you have a shot at winning a free duo-ticket for the upcoming season.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation! Mirthe Schoofs, student Multilingual Business Communication and intern Communication at Brussels Philharmonic and Vlaams Radiokoor.
