Brussels Philharmonic vzw is one of the seven Arts Institutions of Flanders. It brings together a symphony orchestra (Brussels Philharmonic), a chamber choir (Vlaams Radiokoor) and a youth orchestra structure. A dedicated team of staff members works day in, day out from the historic Flagey building in Brussels to realise around 150 concerts and recordings each year, both in Belgium and abroad.

We are looking for a:
Payroll Officer (part-time)
As a payroll officer, you play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Brussels Philharmonic vzw. You are responsible for the full personnel administration of the organisation, including artists, employees, freelancers and temporary contracts.
You work closely with colleagues from casting, the HR manager and the social secretariat. With a strong sense for people and a passion for accurate administration, you are the go-to person for colleagues with questions related to HR matters. You report to the Head of HR & Finance.
